- To develop a management system which satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and QS 9000 / TE that is based on continuous process improvement and the avoidance rather than detection of problems.
- To develop products and services which customers will value, leading to sustained competitive advantage and satisfaction for all stakeholders in the business.
- To establish strong relationships with both customers and suppliers who will contribute to improving the quality of what is sold and purchased.
- To use statistical techniques and analysis to monitor our processes and identify problems.
