The Froude Hofmann range of Aerospace and Gas Turbine Engine Test Equipment has been developed to meet the specific needs of high performance testing in all Gas Turbine design, production and maintenance environments. A range of well-proven standard products is available for the majority of turboshaft and turboprop engine applications.

Froude Hofmann high quality Hydraulic Dynamometers range in power from 750 kW to 25,000 kW. High speed and bi-directional machines are available and the use of tandem design machines further extends their applicable power ranges. The Texcel VX100 Direct Digital Control System provides accurate control, measurement, dynamometer health monitoring and alarm annunciation.
Froude Hofmann designs and manufactures a range of test stands and trolleys to cater for engines with capacities from 400 kW to 10,000 kW. Designed for turboshaft and turboprop engine applications, each features interchangeable engine adapter frames allowing several engine types to be tested via a single test stand/trolley.
