Quality Audit - Engine

Quality Audit is an important part of the production process designed to ensure products delivered to the customer meet the declared specification and warranty obligation.  Many years of involvement in designing and advising manufacturers, have resulted in a range of products uniquely designed for the application.

In most QA requirements the testing is steady state requiring an absorb-only dynamometer.  The Froude design of eddy current dynamometer combines low inertia, high accuracy features with a robust design to provide the user with a dynamometer to withstand the rigors of QA test cycles. 

With its modular software design the Texcel V10 control and data acquisition system is ideal for this application, by providing the user with a powerful yet intuitive and easy to use solution in the control room.  With its range of standard interfaces it can be used with a variety of ancillary instrumentation allowing you to select the best systems to meet the customer’s testing needs.
These can either be supplied as a totally integrated package or supplied by the customer for Froude Hofmann to undertake the integration on site.

Texcel V4 provides a low cost solution to the user requiring a manual control system or to provide an interface to our range of dynamometers should the customer wish to use their own or an existing data acquisition system.
 
Froude can also supply a comprehensive range of ancillary equipment to complete the in-cell requirement.
