This service is currently resourced by our Service Centre in Worcester, England. The Help Line is manned by highly experienced engineers, with a wealth of test application knowledge, who can directly answer many issues relating to your test cell equipment and controllers. This is further strengthened and backed up by engineering staff from all our operational bases.
The service provides global technical support coverage. Through this initiative we are offering support up to 15 hours a day / 5 days a week (07:00 - 22:00 GMT) to our customers.
