Global Technical Support
This service is currently resourced by our Service centre in Worcester, England. The Help Line is manned by experienced ex-commissioning engineers, with a wealth of test application knowledge. This is further strengthened and backed up by engineering staff from all our operational bases.
The service provides global technical support coverage. Through this initiative we are offering support up to 15 hours a day / 5 days a week (07:00 - 22:00 GMT) to our customers.
