NEW Shake RTS - Production Roll Test Rig

The New Shake Roll Test rig provides the ability to induce vibrations into the vehicle at the End of Production Line, whilst the vehicle is driven at speeds up to 50 km/hr.  The rig consists of 4 rolls driven individually by ac motors and the rolls can also pivot +/- 5º to introduce bend and twist.  Each roll is fitted with variable pad heights to simulate different amplitudes and road effects.
