New Graduate Recruitment Scheme

Froude Hofmann has today launched a graduate scheme to attract new engineering graduates into the company. Highlights of the scheme include:

• The Scheme is registered by the Institute of Mechanical Engineers & the Institute of Electrical Technology
• Two year post-graduate training programme based on four 6-month projects based in at least two of our sites. This will include one international 6-month posting, including intensive language training if required.
• Full time mentors appointed for the graduate.
• Selection of focussed training packages throughout the 2 year programme, to enhance commercial and technical knowledge.
• Assistance in obtaining membership of the IMechE or IET
• Sponsorship of an MBA course, if required
