End of Line - Universal Test System
As a unified automation and measuring system the UTS (Universal Test System) can control Roll Test Stands, Wheel Alignment Machines and Headlight Aiming Machines and therefore cover the whole range of test applications in the End of Line area including complex tasks such as ABS or motor management testing.
Normally the test device will be connected via the central diagnosis interface with the vehicle. The UTS provides programming and diagnosis of vehicle control units (EOBD) and test of electronic components (ECOS) by measuring and evaluating the voltage profile and current profile of electrical consumers.
Depending on the test requirement the UTS can be used as a stationary and/or as a mobile test system. Mobile systems offer the advantage to spread complex checks over the End of Line area and therefore guarantee the customer a high level of overall performance within their test lines.
