TEXCEL VX100
The Texcel VX100 Turbine Dynamometer Controller utilises real-time
micro-controllers incorporating sophisticated algorithms to provide highly
responsive and accurate control. Modules mounted on the test bed
incorporating Distributed Intelligence with comprehensive fault diagnostic
functionality are connected via CANbus to the system controller to provide
enhanced Operational Safety and Health Monitoring capabilities.
The control module is supplied in a 19” 6U unit for rack mounting, in a
desk-top unit or with an adjustable swivel arm. A high resolution, colour,
MS Windows® based interface provides numeric, bar, dial and real time rolling
trace displays with extensive user configurability to meet individual engine
requirements or user preferences.
External Host computer systems may be connected via analogue, RS232 or
Ethernet links to provide remote control, data logging or the use of Engine
flight simulation software for specific test applications.
