As a worldwide expert in the design and supply of end-of-line test equipment for the global automotive industry, Froude Hofmann offers a wide range of Roll Test Stands (RTS), Wheel Allignment Machines (WAM) with Headlight Aiming Tester (HAT) together with a Universal Test System (UTS).

Until recently the Wheel Alignment Machine was solely designed for functional and brake tests; nowadays the same test stand must include a significant quantity of additional functions, because all newly developed vehicles are typically equipped with a higher number of electric components.  In order to recognize and correct possible errors at an early stage, the vehicle and those safety critical components must be tested after the final assembly.  Advances in the design and performance of the Froude Hofmann test machines have led to increased flexibility, with the replacement of mechanical functions by electric or electronic solutions.
