Experience our 15/5 Technical Help Line.
This Service is currently resourced by our Service centre in Worcester, England. The Help Line is manned by two experienced ex-commissioning engineers, with a wealth of test application knowledge. This is further strengthened and backed up by engineering staff from our operational bases.
The centre provides global technical support coverage. Through this initiative we are offering support up to 15 hours a day / 5 days a week to our customers.
The centre will be resourced further next year with a third centre in the Far East.
